  • Preservatives: they  are antibacterial that prevent the degradation of the compounds. The problem is that they operate as disruptors of the endocrine system. That is, they harm it. Examples of these are triclosan or phenoxyethanol

The alternative: natural deodorants

Through sweat, the body eliminates toxins ; which is crucial to regulate the temperature and function well. In this line, natural deodorants do not clog pores, that is, they do not block this process.

In turn, its compounds are based on minerals, oils and essences that reduce odor without resorting to chemicals. And is that the ingredients with antiperspirant properties offer a wide sweating margin.

Formats of natural deodorants

There are two groups of ingredients that serve as the basis for preparing natural, ecological and organic deodorants. Getting a 100% chemical-free product for the body. Therefore, today it is common to find elaborations with alum stone . A solid material that is applied through the armpit.

Although more studies are needed in this regard, an article published in 2018 by the International Journal of Medical Sciences explained that alum stone is an antiperspirant that does not completely close pores ; allowing moderate sweating.   • Coslys : it is one of the favorites for lovers of natural products. Above all, because it contains a fungus called Saccharomyces that acts as a sweat inhibitor. In turn, it also includes alum stone to reduce sweating, and Aloe vera glycerin to soften the area.

Every chemical or artificial product that you put into your body must be monitored to avoid adverse damage. In the case of cosmetics, awareness towards the natural (including deodorants)  grows day by day.
